According to the information available, the Chittagong Road Division, Chittagong, had constructed an administrative building in the area of ​​Rahmatganj city of Chittagong to maintain the road connectivity of the country from 1st. At that time, the office of C&B (Communication & Building) was known under the Ministry of Communications and Communications. Later in the year, it individually maintained the only road communication system called R&H (Roads & Highways) under the Ministry of Communications. Later the ministry changed again and was renamed as RHD (Roads & Highways Department), under the Ministry of Communications, Roads and Railways. Most recently, the road is covered under the Department of Communications only under the Ministry of Communications.

At the beginning of this section of the road, the road extended from Chittagong to Cox's Bazar-Teknaf and was controlled by this section. Later, the administrative layout was made in a few more steps to speed up the administrative activities and road connectivity from fast to fast. Nevertheless, there are currently 6.5 km of national highways, 26.5 km of regional highways and 12.22 km of district highways under this section of the road. These roads play an important role in national development and digital Bangladesh construction. District roads linking every upazila: Agriculture and forestry products, education system, medical facilities produced in each upazila ensured all facilities.
